Homewood AL Real Estate
Located just south over Red Mountain, Homewood is one of Birmingham’s great suburbs. It is convenient to UAB and downtown, has a well respected school system and loads of charm. Homewood offers amenities for anyone to enjoy- including parks and trails, gourmet restaurants, plenty of shopping, and trendy boutiques. Mountain Brook AL Real Estate Mountain Brook, established in 1929 is a beautiful suburb just south of Birmingham. Located in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains (hence the name), Mountain Brook is generally a wealthy community with an excellent public school system, unique shops, fine dining and plenty of nature’s beauty. Built around 3 villages- Crestline Village, English Village, and Mountain Brook Village, the city of Mountain Brook was a well planned development that left plenty of green space! Hoover AL One of the fastest growing cities in the U.S., Hoover was incorporated in 1967. It is the largest suburb of Birmingham and covers a great deal of territory in the southern part of the Birmingham metro area. Hoover has a large variety of communities including many newer planned communities with lakes, walking trails and parks, and also older neighborhoods. Hoover’s variety has something for every discriminating homebuyer. The school system in Hoover is well respected and was even popularized on the MTV show “Two a Days.” Hoover is convenient to shopping including a variety of stores along Highway 280, Lee Branch, Patton Creek, and one of the Southeast’s largest indoor mall-The Riverchase Galleria. Hoover is also home to the Birmingham Barons, a minor league baseball team. Home prices range from under 100,000 to well over 5 million. |
